“I was a graduate of the University of Vermont and business owner before I began my career as a Financial Consultant in 1986 working for Paine Webber and then Merrill Lynch in 1990.  Although I enjoyed helping my clients and formed many long lasting relationships with them, I felt that there must be a better way to structure the business and serve my clients.   I believe that my strength is seeing the big economic picture which I translate into managing financial assets for the good of my clients.  The joy of my job comes in helping people achieve their financial goals.  In 1998 I founded Sokolowski Investment Advisors, an Independent Registered Investment Advisory Firm.  Freed from commissions and conflicts of interest I have found this business model ideal.  I can’t think of a better way to use my skills to serve the public. “
